Personal Use License
Included with every purchase unless otherwise noted. You may use the design for your own personal, non-commercial projects — stitching, coloring, crafting, and gift-giving. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital file itself, in original or edited form, individually or bundled with other files.
Commercial Use License
In addition to everything covered under the Personal Use License, a Commercial Use license allows you to sell finished physical or digital items you create using the design (for example, a stitched embroidery patch, or a printed and colored page), with no cap on the number of finished items sold. A Commercial Use license does NOT allow you to resell, redistribute, or share the raw design file itself — original or edited, individually or bundled — and you may not claim the underlying design as your own original artwork.
Refund Policy
Because our products are instant-download digital files, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, and we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If a file is defective, corrupted, or was not delivered, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [insert contact email] and we'll provide a replacement file or, if that isn't possible, a refund.
